I have been to OC once in 25 years. Va Beach is concrete. Functional, but not nice looking. It llooks like they want nice in the OC. I vote for all boards.

I wish there was a "Composite" choice. It would look great and last for decades.

I voted in this poll a few weeks ago. I think if Ocean City does anything with a Concrete center with boards on each side with option 2, it will resemble the remodeled Boardwalk below 4th street that they did about 11 years ago. All I can say is it's about time the rest of the Boardwalk gets remodeled.
