I talked to an installer I know. He had showed my the pics of the Alpine setup. He said he spoke to his Alpine rep. Said the head unit setup should run around $1500.

Hi Guys ... Jim W. from Alpine here

Thanks for the compliments on the car so far guys. More pics are in our Garage if you're interested as well.

We're really happy with the way everything turned out with the CES reveal ... our customers, dealers and the press loved the car. We're still doing a few more mods on the car as we get ready for show season this year.

Feel free to ask any questions and I'll see if I can answer some of them.

- Jim

One word - Pedder's ... we've got the full Justice kit now so getting that dialed in, corner balanced and aligned is a big priority for us.

After that, heading back to Turbonetics to turn up the boost a bit more (we're ~6.5psi right now), heading to ~8psi.

Tweaking a bit more on the stereo to see how much better we can make it. The tune that we demo'd with at CES was done by Steve Brown in less than 30 minutes by ear .. and it was amazing. We're going to get some instrumentation in there and see how much better we can make it.

Sounds good!! Post pictures when it's finished! I have Alpine subwoofers in my car right now, and I love them, and so does everyone that hears them, I love Alpine products! Keep up the good work!

One question, does the Camaro actually get driven on the road? Or is it strictly a show car?

It's not on the road yet, but it will be daily driven once we get it all dialed in.

Great to hear that you like your subs ... I know the guy who designed em

That's cool, it would be nice to see it on the road! And my subs have held up great, no complaints! I love them! Thanks!

Jim, good job with the Camaro looks great, and I'm sure it sounds even better. I'll be moving to Monterey Jan 2012, I'll have to swing down and check it out some weekend. Take care.

this alpine car is sick. By the way the wheels on the car are hre monoblock p40 22in. Awesome paint job, fesler gfx, turbo kit, and a sick sound system. Id love to see this car in person

Looks like Steve and his crew has done another great car. I would expect nothing but great work from him and his crew. I know he has been a great help to me over the years (When I was in IASCA competition).

Does installing this kit void any type of manufacturing warranty?
