I live in Southern California and mine has been locked up since beginning of Sept. She is a showcar and only comes out to be shown at local car shows. One year later and she only has 3,000 miles on her. Unfortunately I have to keep her in my parking structure at work (85 miles away from home) because I ran out of room at my house to park any more vehicles. It just sucks that it is 170 mile round trip to drive her to get her to a show and back... An enclosed car hauler is eventually going to be her vault she is kept in. I bought mine as an investment vehicle (we all know real estate isnt worth investing in anymore) and show car. I see her everyday I go to work and thats good enough for me, I dont have to drive her.

Got over 15 inches of snow in Tulsa on Tuesday, so I haven't driven the Camaro since Monday... I probably wont be able to drive it for a while since the snow hasn't melted away and its supposed to snow again in the next couple days :(

They have changed that for us now, more snow and freezing rain on its way. I have only had her 2 weeks, and have only been able to drive her for the first week. Withdrawls, I cant take much more
Maybe this will help melt that stuff.

Welcome to my world. Haven't seen much in the way of ground since late November in these parts. I'm just excited that it's February, which means sometime next month I should be able to drive my Camaro again.

I put my car away august 31'st I dont know why so early but I have regeret it now I am definately going to drive the piss out of it this spring/summer. I have almost owned it a full year and only have 3800 miles on it. Its time to break her in. I dont think realisticly I will be driving my car until april sometime with our long drawn out winters here... Oh well just gives me more time to save up some extra cash for new mods...

This last week has been the only time since I bought the car that we had weather bad enough that I won't drive in, and I'm going through withdrawals.

CAR

Well I haven't had my car out in close to two weeks since I took it the dealer to get a few things repaired. I'm taking it out today just to the car wash because I got sand in my exhaust pipes I always go the self service ones. I HAVE more aftermarket parts on my car then factory parts

Hell yes. I'm sick of winter! I didn't pay for this car to sit in the garage for months. I also cringe at the Camaros I see driving in the snow and ice. Where's a nice warm place to move to?!!

I didn't really think much of this as my Camaro is my daily driver, but to be honest, I have had withdrawals this week.

My wife is out of work, so when the snow and ice hit the Dallas/Fort Worth area this week, I took her 2010 Jetta Limited Edition to work and left the Camaro nice and clean in the garage.

This happened on Monday night, and I haven't driven it since. Still icy out right now, with snow forecast tomorrow and weds next week.

I don't know how you guys do it, have such a nice car and then don't drive it much.
It's frustrating me that I haven't driven it this week when ironically, as I said, it's my daily driver!

Mine's been tucked away since the first snowfall on November 15th.

Not as hard as you think. You haven't driven yours because the snow & ice could damage your Camaro (& road salt). Same here. Only my time is longer than yours due to latitude. But regardless of how much I WANT to drive him, I'm not. For the same reason you didn't drive yours this week.

To do so would be horrible. Road salt, HORRIBLE DRIVERS SLIDING AROUND... who knows what those idiots could do.

Better to keep them safe.

Dang I think I have your sister lol.Nice taste there if I do say so my self.I love your wheels ! I know how you feel. I put mine up every October.Warm her up once a month and run her up and down the driveway to lube her up and get her to operating temperature then cover her back up. Takes everything in me to keep from driving her down the road each time I do this.
So I know how you feel. There are two other camaro's in my town,a red one and a orange one that get driven year around and look like sh-t all the time due to the slush & clumps of snow hanging off of the fender wells.Man I could not bring myself to do that to my baby.Saw the red one this morning around the corner from where I live parked beside a single car garage backed up against the lake with a 5 foot pile of snow pushed up to it's front facia.Man did that hurt to see that!Looked like its going to be setting there outside for awhile.Sad to say and see. Well on the positive side if we can get a warm spell maybe just maybe I can get my abl dash lighting installed.Working on it during the cold months helps get me thru the rough times. And man is it rough. But we know what is best for our kids ,even if they don't.
Oh that's right I forget sometime 's I am talking about a car here.
