IPS 427 TT Update !! (1090rwhp / 1001 ft/lbs)

This is a follow-up to last week's thread where we stopped at 998rwhp due to a few small ignition and boost-leak issues.

We fixed the issues and then waited a week for the snow and ice and salt to diminish to get it back on the dyno last night. At the same boost level (15-16psi) it put down 1019rwhp and 955 ft/lbs on PUMP GAS before we called it good enough

We were low enough on gas (Less than 1/4 tank) to add in 5 gallons of C16 so we could give it a little more timing at the same boost. The result? 1090rwhp and 1001 ft/lbs

The transmission was starting to slip pretty noticeably at that point so we called it good for the night. We knew the tranny (Built A6) was going to have its hands full going into this so no surprise there really.

Build Specs:

LSx 427 Block w/ 9:1 Diamond Pistons and Callies Crank/Rods
LSx-R 6-Bolt Heads
FAST 102mm Intake
IPS Boost 2 Cam Pkg
IPS TT Kit w/GT3586R Turbos and 6" Race FMIC
IPS Fuel System w/Fore Performance Triple-Walbro Hat
Built A6 Tranny

We didn't have any extra weight (Or people) in the back but that has helped the numbers in the past when making over 1000rwhp.

They (Tuners) did the pulls last night so I will post up graphs on Monday
