They treated me just fine, install is nice, tune is good. Agree with you on the dyno numbers, I'm only using them to show gains. Gonna find another shop for my next dyno for sure.

Where is this DIY shop in sterling? I sure could have used a lift for some of my addons. I live in Hamilton so Sterling is just around the corner.

It's on Cedar Lane just down from the Chick-Fila. It's awesome having a lift at our disposal. I'm sure the owner Ed would give you guys a car club discount.

They really messed up the tune on one of our G8's. Actually they didn't tune the car themselves. They sent it to a shop in Maryland to have it tuned.

I've used EB3 for years, great shop. I've had engine work, exhaust, tune, etc.

Ordered a tune from jannetty, it is chocolate covered goodness. Still no hard feelings with eb3. Their tune was solid, just not the same. Still stand by my statement on their dyno numbers. Don't bother. Magna charger and a road trip to jre are in my immediate future. Ted is my go to from now on.

I've installed BMR lowering springs (1.4" front and 1" rear) and need an alignment. Can anyone recommend a shop near Dale City VA? Thanks.

V1rus & Rafsanjani, is there another shop with a Dyno in the northern VA area you'd recommend over EB3? I'm about to get a before and after Vararam dyno pull and was planning on using EB3, but after reading this thread, maybe that's not such a good idea. Who else in the area has a dyno and is reputable? The further north the better (I'm in Ashburn).

Sorry for the late response, I spend the majority of my time on the G8 boards. I went to Springfield Motorsports and the guys there were great. They use a DynoJet. I recently had some work done down at Performance Auto Sport in Richmond and I will most likely be using them when needed for dyno's, tuning, etc. I normally do installs myself up at the DIY in Sterling, but I didn't want to tackle the DoD delete cam install at DIY. PAS's pricing was just too good. It's a long way off, but it's worth the drive.

there is also Tim at TNT performance in Frederick MD, while i dont have personal experience with his work. i hear many are happy there as well. I did meet him at a gathering and he is definitely a good guy and knowledgeable.
+1 for Broadview, John does great work.
