Do you mind saying which company you went with as it seems you have had great results. And if the tires are holding for your 650+ hp, they should hold for me just fine.

Thanks again.
i went with the Eibach pro springs & sway bars kit . i got them form a friends sister for $300 . her huaband ( service related ) passed away before thy were installed & she didn't want to mod the car . i have a few pic. im my profile , photo album . i'll see if i have more .

That's awesome!!!! I think I know what size dr's I'm getting now. I live the M&H racemaster tires. Let's see what they can do with a 750 rwhp stalled A6. 1 bad, it's gd to see they work well with your car. That's my only measuring stick.

We can fit 11.0 wide under the rear of a Camaro easily. For a 325 tire, you'll want 11.5-12.0 wide wheels to make the contact patch the widest. With some guys running 9 second ET's on a 275 drag tire, I'm not certain there is a need for the 325 wide. Most will do just fine on a 305 or 315 drag tire. As any drag racer knows, you want to use the minimum amount of tire needed to maintain traction. Narrower tires weigh less, and will net a better ET/Trap if traction is there.

I would not run anything wider than a 305 tire on a 10" wheel. Otherwise, you'll just end up wearing out the center tread of the tire, since the contact patch will not be flat. The Weld wheels were likely intended for drag slicks, typically the 10.0 to 10.5 width tires.

Thanks!

Quoted For Truth. Don't worry, you aren't the only one who didn't know what that meant. I had to go look it up!

Those are the 345/35/R18 M&H's on 10.5" wheels.

First off, let me say that this is not my car. I was just about to pull the trigger on buying the exact setup shown on this car (18x10.5 Replica Z06 wheels from ebay and 345/35/R18 M&H tires), but after talking to Tony, and seeing the pic I posted above, I'm leaning toward 18x11 wheels and 315's.
Any-who, here's the pics:

I always recommend 10" wide wheels with 305 tires, or 10.5-11.0 wheels with a 315 tire. If you use the proper wheel width for a given tire, you always ensure you are using the full contact area of the tread. If anything, using a wider than required wheel for a tire would definitely use the full tread with. Most people make the mistake of stuffing the huge tire on a narrow wheel.
