Still nothing. and the working day is over. I can no longer trust the 'first thursday of every month' rule. I would share my exact opinions but they would result in censorship of the post . . .

I don't want anybody blaming Fbodfather. He is the single greatest thing we have in between us, and the Camaro...wanna know why? Cause he is one of us!

Secondly...SCOTT never said the first of the month, he said November, the SITE said "first thursday". Do you really think that Scott has anything directly to do with that site? on top of everything else he's got to do...And anybody who remembers the Transformers battle site....well, suffice to say, GM's webmasters def. need to be replaced.

This isn't Scott's fault. Nor am I convinced it's anybody's fault. Let this be a lesson: The only place that the highest hopes can go is down. Never put your expectations too high. Who's to say that they just weren't ready for today?

'nuf said.

EDIT: Sorry for the explosion...fustration makes me do that sometimes....

I wasn't blaming Scott, nor was I inferring that he is the Webmaster for ChevyNation. I just figured he would know what the "news" is. Well actually I'm sure he knows what the "news" is. That's all.

No one is blaming anyone.

GROUP DEEP BREATH...."AAHHHHHHHHH"....

We're all just anxious, and can't wait to hear anything regarding our favorite car.

Hang in there, and "Keep the faith"!

Well, on the positive side, I think we can expect an actual announcement, and not just the feature on the old catalogs (though they were cool). I know we don't know that for sure, but the language of all of this makes me believe that there is a real announcement coming up.

Either there was a delay getting it up, or somebody didn't realize that today, the 1st of November, was the first Thursday. Hopefully by next Thursday it will happen, unless by "November" they mean the first Thursday after November.

Finally, I'm just thrilled that it seems like we will be getting monthly updates. If we really get something new once a month, that is a pretty good deal, more than most manufacturers release. Hopefully once they start, they stick with it.

It is easy to say GM owes us information. It is also easy to say they don't owe us anything. After all most automakers try to keep future products as secret as possible. Recently, an Edmunds spy photographer was actually clipped taking video of the upcoming Chevy Traverse. On the other hand, GM left a big gap between announcement of the Camaro and delivery of the product, so they need to throw the interested bones to keep them interested. In the end, this is a service, and while disappointing that they did not deliver in the way they indicated they would, in the end we're still pretty well off, nothing to get too worked up over. It will get here eventually.

Just my thoughts after cooling down and giving this a think for a while.

yep, all excited. And I exploded...damn my short fuse...

That wasn't directed at anyone in particular...just so you know...if it was, I probably would have mentioned names.:p

Sorry, but I think that post should stay there...just to prevent any future "Fbodfather strangulations".....
