How accurate is the pricing on the first page of this thread?

Comparing the 1LT/1SS and 2LT/2SS that's about a $9,000 cost to upgrade from a V6 to a V8 powertrain. Does that seem reasonable?

Got a email from my dealer tonight...it has attachments with Dec 5 and Dec 15 notice to dealers with recent changes hi-lited. He believes the V8's will be produced first. One change is the spare tire delete option, on those cars where it was standard. It advises dealers to contact their customers and confirm. Another change is the 1 year n/c addition of the enhanced ON Star.

Its reliable. If it weren't then there would be a lot of disclaimers. The 9k difference is right in line with US pricing, when the exchange rate (from when it was first announced) is figured in

I tried to switch my color to IBM, but the dealer can't do it through workbench. Has anyone else tried, and were you successful ?
