Tune most definitely would be on my agenda. If you don't have someone local to you that can dyno tune the car ( preferably a load bearing dyno) then a mail order tune is available and can produce very good results. You need to monitor or "log" certain information and feed it back to the tuner person and they adjust the tune and you "re-flash" and "log" some more until your both happy with the results.

A load bearing dyno does all this in the comfort of a shop is a preferred tuning tool but not everyone has access to this or a qualified person who has one. Load beariing is different than the typcal "dynojet" which is used for wide open throttle tuning and the most generous HP measuring but does not provide the means to tune "partial throttle" where most of the "hard work tuning" and actual driving takes place.

remote tuners either provide you with a hand held device to "log" and "flash" or you both have a tuning suite like HPtuners or EFIlive and you use that.

You will need to monitor your af ratio. You can read just the o2's from the car but most tuner use a secondary means to monitor the af. You will need to buy this equipment if the remote tuner person/shop does not provide it. How ever the computer gets its info from the front 02 sensors and you can log that and make adjustments from it. usually you use one to verify the other but I don't know if some of the remote guys use just the cars 02's? maybe one of them could fill in the blanks I left out ?
