For alot of people like me if a car a lil slower it is no big deal.. I can make a car faster.. as long as engine is stout.. (which 4.6 lack.. ford got smart with 5.0 though)

Woodbine Motorsports has the bolt-on record in the 5.0 right now with a 11.12@122. They were shifting at 7700rpms... The Boss intake makes power up there...

Cool video man, thanks for sharing that. C&D says the 2003 Cobra did the quarter in 12 seconds at 111mph but it was more like a 12.7, pretty much what the 5.0's run now. If you think about it, the 2003-04 Cobra's were almost identical in almost every aspect of performance and physical dimensions. They produced similar power, were almost equal in performance with the new GT's having an advantage in handling and a hair faster and both vehicles weighed almost the same/cost the same.

Bring back the Terminator, the last real mustang
. I don't care if the 11 GT500 is faster, nothing put fear into a street racer more than the 03/04 Cobras. The car did one thing great, and many things good.

Ford will put up the numbers as soon as they sell the 2012 GT500's, it would also depend on the ZL1's public info too. The ZL1 should be almost finished and the GT500's will be at 90% by July...
