This is why I don't drive my SS everyday

My daily driver, although nowhere near as fun as the SS but not concerned with gas prices.

I think I'm actually on your side, OP. I wanted a Camaro + CR-Z as my setup for a long time now. However, I gotta stick it out with my 100k mile old 2004 Accord until it dies or at least until I make enough to handle 2 new cars.

No worries, I'm not suggesting to not drive your camaros to save gas. I am on my 3rd camaro and its my fav car but I also like a hybrid or electric considering my long commute. I would buy a volt if I could afford it.

After driving the Volt a few times was really impressed with it and it would make a great commuting car for the wife. She only lives a few miles from her work so it would be running 100% on electric. Let me burn the gas! I wonder how much the markups are going to be by the time they are available later this yr in FL?

You can have it. I'll keep driving my Ruby. My daily therapy. That costs $100+ per hr.
