I just did a friends set and had no problems with it sticking to the cards. I put the cards down sprayed 3 coats and pulled the cards right after the last coat.

20 minutes or so. If you take your time and spend 8 minutes on each rim by the time you get back to the first rim its been 24 minutes since it was painted so just keep going rim to rim and swap out cans when needed.

Just did my wheels yesterday.
http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=140024

I used a cardboard template to keep over spray off the tires.

well, if you look at the 20" rims, the edge of the rim is very thin. There's not really a lip on it. Once you take a look, you'll know what i mean.

I wanted to do synergy green lip around mine, but i don't think I will now. I'll mask off the bowtie in the center and do that in synergy.

Came out looking good if you like black rims. As someone said earlier, "wonder how long it will last". You should update the thread from time to time to let folks know.

Good idea using that on the rims if it can tolerate the heat.

Sweet! you should paint your calipers orange. I did mine last weeked and it really pops against the black wheels.
