CGM is a nice color compared to just a plain ole grey.

Most people who are saying they don't like black/ grey or white is because its a sea of those colors... and I doubt you plan to do some custom painting to your car.

CGM, 2 toned with ABM... that is why I'm going with CGM.

Well, I know that if you put a dress on a pig you've still just got a pig; but the dress can look good.

Now me personally, I think black is even more hideous than IOM. Absolutely no one should even think about buying a dull, boring black one. YUCK!!!
Nice try! I see that sig of yours....we are getting the same car.....good thing we aren't even in the same state!

I picked SIM with CGM stripes. I like silver because of the lines. I wanted CGM stripes to give it a bit of personality, so my car wouldn't look exactly like the debut car we've seen for awhile. Plus admittedly, SIM by itself might get a little boring over time, so some stripes will give it some pizazz.
It's also subtle enough not to stand completely out in a crowd, but just enough
As an FYI, I've ALMOST switched to IOM /w CGM stripes a few times already, but I want them lines, so stickin' with SIM!

Cool color

I was thinking of going with the CGM as the base for my Camaro two tone with 1967 Paint code 40 (Butternut Yellow) on bottom for the new old school look. Right now its going to be flat black and 40. I want people to look, just not screem look.

Agree with you on the RJT. Wish they offered a blue jewel tintcoat like the corvette

But it's gray. No matter how amazing of a gray it is it's still gray.

I'm driving home from work the other day and I made a point to really notice all the cars around me. All I see is a sea of grays, dull blacks, and beige colors. All these dull earth tones that all blend into one big mass of boring.

To me, the Camaro is meant to stand out. It desires a color of passion. So, I called my dealer up and switched to IOM. It's not for everyone but I like the color.

I know some people don't want to stand out, they'd rather fit in and not be noticed. But me, I want everyone on the street to see me coming and think "damn, look at that pimp machine."

So what say you? Why'd you pick the color that you did?
I opted for Victory Red. I saw the Camaro in this color last Spring when it was at the Renaissance Center, GM Headquarters and I was in awe. I've always had dark colored cars and wanted to try a fun color.

as you know UCF, I had Cyber Grey and switched to Black when they called and said it wasn't available on first production run... I switched to black because I know how good my Monte Carlo SS looks in black, and the lines really show well on the Camaro in that color, plus with those Halo's it'll look mean as hell.. there aren't many Black cars in Vegas, though with some heavy mirror tint and a nice thick cut of tint on the top of the windshield it'll keep the car amazingly cool and comfortable during the summer. I can't wait!

i'll let the amazing body lines and V8 growl give me the attention i need. even when you see a CGM or black vette, you still notice it & say 'now that's a hot car!'

i'm still going with CGM. i just love the way it ain't 'just gray.' it changes so much, depending on how the light hits it, and that gives it a different look all the time. my next choice would be Aqua Blue because it's closest to the blue i wanted originally. as for the other colors, i ruled them out by process of elimination. i'll never buy a black car because they're just too much of a pain to keep from looking filthy. imperial blue is so dark, it would be just as much trouble as black. white (although the newer pics are looking better) just looks kinda plain, just as silver ice does. the rest (RJT, red, yellow, & IOM) are just to bright and flashy for my taste (i know... my truck's red, but that don't scream 'look at me' quite like a sports car does).

I would have went yellow w/black stripes, but my neighbor has a '69 painted like that, I'd feel like I was copying :( My Trailblazer is black and when all cleaned and waxed, looks great but that doesn't seem to last too long. So I ruled that out due to upkeep.

I've seen IBM on a G8(I think it was) at the autoshow, very nice blue imo. Vette was CGM and looked decent, but I can't picture it on a Camaro. Seen RJT at the dealer on another vehicle, I thought that looked real nice outside in the Sun. I haven't seen Victory Red or IOM yet.

I wanted something special, but I really liked the silver on the Tahoe I used to have. So I went with SIM w/ CGM stripes, I think the stripes will help it stand out from the crowd. The fact it's a '10 Camaro should do that I guess lol.

So SIM is what I ordered and have thought about changing several times, I just know if I change from my first choice, I'll kick myself later down the road for changing.

I started out with Black, then changed to SIM,Have had Black forever, and there was no color contrast with that black grill needs to be silver or billet,But the RJT and ABM,would definately POP with the tan interior, and polished wheels,Probably gonna add black or CGM stripes later..........
