Which other GM models are getting the enhanced engine? I've very interesting is checking out how it sounds and feels. The present V6, while good in these areas, isn't the best.

I don't mind the stripes at all and the grey color is my favorite so far. Upgraded engine is fine by me. More power the better. As for the suspension, as long as it gets rid of the awful sound I hear all the time when I hit speed bumps im all for it.
Yes you can buy it as a convertible:

45th Anniversary package details

Launching this summer, the 45th Anniversary Special Edition commemorates both Camaro’s lineage and its 21st-century revival. Camaro fans will get their first look at the 45th Anniversary Special Edition at the Camaro5 Fest II, April 15 in Arizona. The anniversary package will be offered on Camaro’s top two trim levels (2LT and 2SS) for both coupe and convertible body styles.

It is for all trims, but it is only rated at 30mpg in the 2LS(Auto trans standard and taller rear gear compared to 1LS and LT models).

The ZL1 has electric power sterring, is that going to be on all 2012 Camaros, or just the ZL1?

I still love my car, The 2012 looks good and i wouldn't mind some of the upgrades, but I'm not trading it in.

I said that about the 35th anniversary and there was no 40th anniversary to buy. Oops!! I ended up with a G35 coupe instead. But I need that American (Canadian) steel under my ass again!!

Nice upgrades! The only one I'd like to add is the power passenger seat. I wonder if that would be possible.

At first I did not like the steering wheel, but it is growing on me for sure. The stripe, I like it. It's different and abstract so to speak. It's a great accent piece on a larger scale than emblems etc. I see how it ties in with other ideas GM has used. I was worried about the suspension upgrade (meaning I was going to consider trading my 2010ABM in...) but it's a minor upgrade that we can do aftermarket, but the ZL1 suspension is worth thinking about for sure. I love the new dash, if I ever do the HUD mod, I may just get this dash to replace my current one. I wish the 2010's had a colored thread option I too have died mine (still in the process). But I eventually plan to replace all the leather with custom leather and stitching, probably from DSV Customs. Overall I think GM is kicking butt and this is more proof of that! Great job Scott and the rest of the team!

WOW! Love the 45th badging and the fact that GM does listen to us. Why the hell didn't I wait . . . not that I don't love my 2010, but man that 2012 is BEE-UUU-TEEE-FUL! Good job GM.
