How long for order to be filled?
I put money down on my Camaro sometime in November and every 2 or three weeks to the tune of 7,500. On jan 22 I asked to have my order processed and was told it would be order jan 24. It is now April 19 and the dealer is still making excuses and telling me its on the way. How long did it take your order to be filled? I'm starting to think that I was moved down the allotment list to make room for convertible orders witch could be ordered beginning of February. Were is my 2ss hard top?

Ask the dealer for the order number so you can track it. If he is unable to produce the order number, he is blowing smoke and you need to get your money back and move on ...

Well, that's unfortunate. It would seem to me that if you ordered back in Nov. you would be driving the 2SS by now. I'd demand my deposit back! Where does he get off keeping the money for nothing in return? For all you know he just deposited that downpayment in his pants pocket. Not cool.
Hope you can resolve this situation. Maybe someone here can help you with this. Troy Lawson

Wow I find it hard to believe that you let this go on for so long. If I were you, id be up there daily until I got a confirmation. Right now, id be demanding my money back and go elsewhere.

Whoa! mine did take long but yours seems strange!
I ordered mine on 9th September 2009 and received on 10th December 2009 <3 months>. I did knockout the sales manager though, he confused my order 2 times in a row!! |

Glad to hear that...other wise I say get our money back and find another dealer. Sucks u had to wait that long. Its longer then my wait time back in September of 2009. I had my car in my garage in exactly 2 months.

idunno what to say. put money down on mine March 1st arrived at dealer a few days ago :S some are just faster then others for some reason :S
