The miss is probly in the tune. We've had a few cars like yours come through the shop.On some cars the idle area's need more work to be smooth.

The first time we called Magnuson and talked to a gentlemen and asked the same question about the injectors, I don't know what did he told my tuner that he went direct to the PC and problem solved.

I'm hoping it's in the tune. I never got a chance to cold tune it and Doc wanted me to. So then it makes sense that could be it?

Mine has idled like that since it was new. Sometimes it's rock solid smooth and somettimes the rpms bounce worse than yours. Service dept couldn't find anything wrong. Ted talked me into new plugs and wires, which didn't help.

Ya, I did the plugs and since the problem ONLY manifested it's self right when I installed the supercharger, it was clear to me that it was no coincidence. I changed the plugs in case I may have hit one and the coils were pretty easy to remove and replace. And in light of the people coming forward making the case of it being idle tune, I decided to just stop chasing my tail and get it done when I can get to someone.

Doc (EFI ALCHEMY) who tuned my car wanted to do it, I've heard other say it, the guy at Magnuson I talked to said it, numerous people here have said it, and some had a mirror situation like mine where the cold start and idle tune fixed it.

So I'm thinking it's the next most likely idea.

But yours should not need to be tuned. If plugs and wires didn't help, and the dealer checked everything else, then I don't know. It's frustrating when you know somethings wrong and the dealer tells you no it isn't. Believe me, lmao, I was the fuse pull guy. hahahahaha

But if I still had a warranty and I had the miss that I do right now, I'd be standing over them asking them if that's normal. I'd FORCE them to either go on record and say it's normal, or fix it.

They said there were no codes and that it was normal. I don't buy it though. The amount of misfires before a code is thrwon is adjustable in the tune.

Mine has the stock tune and is still under warranty.

I could work something out... might be costly tho.

Why is it that every time I get reading an in depth trouble shooting thread about diagnosing a problem with a supercharger, it's always PQ's car??
I've lost track of the amount of PQ threads that I've read.
I hope you get it fixed soon, so I can spend some more time with my kids.
