I think Las Vegas Speedway because we could do so much in Vegas plus lots of rooms. Have a lot of connections in Vegas lol.

Sorry dude....not going to be in Vegas. If you remember anything about this year, it was either Vegas or Firebird...and Vegas was all about wanting $$$$$....

Not going West again.

Keep coming with the North Central, Northeast locations, folks!

Austin is North of you, and pretty central... oh snap, no track... maybe in a few years...

Englishtown or Bowling Green...

Yes, Englishtown or Bowling Green. Both less then 1,000 miles from New England. BG is still accessible to much of the cental US as well, though of course being from NE I favor Englishtown.

See the image I attached below for my interpretation of where the road course is at this facility.

You can't prep the drag strip for 1/4-mile runs AND road course running in the same weekend. I just don't see it working...

besides, that course isn't nearly twisty enough.

I created a map for us Camaro5 members to see where other members live in proximity to each other. It is called www.camaroownersnearme.com I'm guessing this will help make a decision.

You can read all about this sticky thread here http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=141843

That map can be a little deceptive. How many dots for "San Antonio" are all right on top of each other?

but isn't the map in a sense not correct because you can not include more than one person to a city??

I saw Justin (CamaroSkooter) in San Antonio, so I had to put myself in Bulverde.

We have well over 50 members here in San Antonio, but it won't show that (to my knowledge). That won't show true demographics of where most Camaro owners live. It's almost biased to show more towards the NE area since owners are more spread out (vs Texas where we have 100 members in Houston, 100 in Dallas, 40 in Ft Worth, etc etc etc.

Am I correct in thinking the map is set up that way?

Not dogging you at all....seriously and by all means, just want to make sure I understand the map completely.

UPDATE MAY 6th
- In the past, if 2 people gave me the same city, the second person would overlap the first person. So although there were 2 people, you could only see one. That has been corrected.

Lately, I've been working on a solution which I pretty much nailed down. So now, if more than 1 person lives in the same city, their location will be shifted ever so slightly to show both people. To see the different people, you will have to zoom in to the city to see the difference.

Hope that clarifies.
