I guess not but I've not noticed much lieing at the meets and shows I've been to. I pretty much know how much stuff costs and the type of power different stuff puts out.

Agreed on the Shelby.

I always look at the width of the rear tires too. Just never knew how acurate that was.

Two freinds at work have the v6 mustangs before they changed to the new look. They look sharpe. Another person just bought a new red gt. I got to look at it up close from all angles.Maybe just me but I just dont like the looks, from any angle. It' s ugly. Saw a new Boss mustang in a magazine, same look but trying to be a boy raser track car. Just doesnt pull it of. Should have stuck with the last design.

I ALWAYS give "props" to the Challengers and 'stangs I see. Especially those that are kept looking nice and not trashed out.

However, 90% of the 'stang owners out there not only put there bony little noses up in the air when they see me cruising around, they usually add a finger too.

Do any of you experience this too?

What makes those 90% think they're better than the rest of us?
Its not every one, the ones of us with Mustangs that take care of our car seem to be a lot nicer people then ones that just trash there car. But that is with every car. I personally love the Camaro and it is going to be the next car i buy.

It sure does pull it off where it counts - at the track.

i think its all great for the economy and the car business. Its what great american pony wars is all about. My wife drives the 2010 Challenger(i do every now and again also)and she loves my Camaro. My business partner drives the Challenger 392(smoked em at the light last night! My neighbor drives the Mustang 5.0, he got me the other week off the line, i told him best out of 3, he supprised me!

Dont look if you dont like, but once all this kind of horsepower is in your blood, it makes you want to check out everybodies ride, no matter what it is. You can appreciate the pony wars, its been going on for longer than i have been alive!

As long as its AMERICAN muscle, im ok with them.

A little friendly rivalry however, is good for all of us
I totally agree!

True, and they are only making a very limited number, but if you dont like the looks and the ride completely sucks then you buy it for that use only. I'm not rich enough for that unfortunately and buy cars to drive.

Off topic... Have you noticed that the people who drive those "smart" cars don't even make eye contact with anyone. I suppose if I had my nuts cut off, just to get into the "car", I wouldn't make eye contact either.
