Its people who act like d1ck bags and purposely park close.. or key other peoples cars that bring this kind of parking on.

I park that way any & everywhere I go. People don't have respect for other peoples things... that's the reason I park the exact same way.

This is what I don't understand. Is parking close to a store that important? So critical you wish physical damage to someone else's vehicle? We're talking a handful of spots here. It's not like there aren't other spots to park in. So you have to go out a bit further? Big whoop. But it's not like you have to completely revamp your current outing because of this one double-parked vehicle. Who's the lazy one? The one poorly parked or the one so pissed off that spot isn't available close to the store? Who's selfish? The one who's double parked or the one that thinks vandalism is acceptable? Inconsiderate... I can see that.

Can someone please explain to me why parking close is so important that people would cause hundreds or thousands of dollars to someone else's property just because they're upset they have to walk 50 or 100 extra feet. I'm seriously at a loss on this mentality...

Same people that circle the parking lot to get the closest spot to the front door of the work out center.

I park as far back as possible, but this guy has just blatantly close to the entrance. I had a guy park WAY too close to me once, I had to climb in from the passenger side and I was at the very back lot, no one else around for at least 2 rows and this old BMW parked literally inches from my drivers side. I took his windshield wipers and left him a note.

In no way am I condoning the vandalization of one's property for such a simple infraction as double parking. But in an attempt to broaden your perspective, maybe there's a mom with 3-4 kids that are all under the age of 10yrs old and she has to corral them into the store. Maybe someone is returning something to the store you're double parked in front of and said item(s) is heavy. I bet you the people in the aforementioned scenarios would appreciate you not being so selfish as to double park right in front of the store that you just went into. Let me guess, you turn and look at your precious at least 3-4 times as you walk away from the scene of the double parking crime you just committed. We all do it man, it's part of being car people. Just don't lose sight of the fact that, until you've purchased your own private island in the Bahamas, you share the town you live in with many other people.

I always park way, way out. Sometimes I take up two spots and sometimes not. Here I was about 200 yards from the theater entrance. 25 yards from the nearest car and took the two spots near a curb. I laughed when I came out of the movie to find this car parked on my right. He didn't call me a douchebag, he showed respect for my property and my parking didn't infringe on him or anyone else. If people who park way, way out like me and take two spots are douchebags, I guess people who complain about it are bonesmokers.

Can we stop the name calling now?

You've missed the point...we're NOT talking about "The one poorly parked" we talking about a D-Bag loser who up two spots on purpose.

If you truly care about your car....you'll pick a spot far away...and walk.

Not hog up two close ones. We care about our cars...we're not selfish...

I have some Douchebaggery for you: I go to my son's ballgame yesterday....I park way the hell away from everyone. I mean at least 20 parking spaces away. Maybe more. I come back to my car and some asshat in a suv decided to park next to me. With all the other parking, they have to pick that spot! What the hell man! Why? That gets my blood boiling!

Why's the SUV driver an ass hat?? Was the ballgame being held at your house? My point is, that person had every right to park out there where you did. Maybe they didn't want their SUV getting dinged and upon pulling up said "look, some ass hat in a Camaro already parked out here"....

Why don't we have nice wide spots like that where I live?

Btw, that guy/gal was dumb, there is still room on the right side for a car to park by them.

Really dude? That took some creativity there. You know why he's an asshat. Your just wanting to argue. I'm not gonna stoop to that level. With that being said, I wouldnt be a douche and park next to a nice brand new car in my beat up suv. I parked way out the way for a reason. I didn't want people parking next to me but yet some assclown thought it would be funny to park their beater way out by my car. People can be real douche bags and if you cant see that....well you know....
