I'm not wanting to argue, just quit with the self centeredness and complaining already. Do you EVER stop to look at things through someone else's eyes?? I know you may have to stoop to do so but maybe you should try it. Maybe they liked your car and wantes to park next to it to check it out. I just don't get the whole getting pissed at someone because they invaded your personal space in a PUBLIC parking area, lmao at that logic....

I always take up 2 parking spaces but I park at the back of the lot. No one is out there anyway.

So if you're that far out... why the need for 2 spots unless it's to attract unwanted attention. That's the very best way to get your car keyed. Some jealous douchbag will ruin your day...

what's the logic in parking next to someone that is parked far away from everyone else? why not park far away in another lane? why not park one or two spaces away from them? why not part behind/in front of that car? there's probably tons of places for that person to park. he doesn't have to park next to him to admire the car. it's a douchebag move, either way you look at it.

I can understand your point, best thing to do would be man up and wait till the other person comes out and then ask them why they parked next to you..

O yes you are so right. I park way out far away from everyone else because I want to keep my car dent free, so I'm self centered. I can see your point there. Not. I don't care if someone checks my car out, in fact I'd like to keep it nice where people would want to check it out. But parking your beat up scratched up suv right up next to my car is a douchbag thing to do not matter how you look at it. You have an old mustang, so I guess I don't expect you to understand. But when there is ten plus empty parking spaces to the left and right of me and you choose to go out of your way to park next to me...sorry but your an assclown, asshat and a douchebag rolled into one package.

O and yea, I had my one year old cranky and crying so that's why I went home with him. But yes, I should have waited for the people to come back, with me agitated at my kid throwing a fit and them parking next to me....I feel quite sure at moment in time I would have been courteous about it....then maybe they will key my car next time. You should give more advice to people cause you seem pretty good at it!

Yay! Someone that gets it.

Also, if you do park far away, no need to take up 2 spots there either. Why invite a keying? Parking far away is enough. Why be a douchebag and invite people to hate your car.

Well in my case, parking far away doesn't seem to help either. You'll alway have some idiot come park next to you anyway.

No... you've missed the point. I'm saying they're both the same thing. How do you know a person's intent?

And again, I still do not understand why this is such a big deal to people. It seriously blows my mind.
