Sounds like he didn't finance negative equity but just kept putting money down a black hole. As long as he's happy. Were all your purchases new Camaros?

Dude you rock. I get it. 5 years ago I sat in a Jewelry store in St.Thomas vacilating on whether or not to pull the trigger on a Breitling and I didn't. It was a 12.5 karat piece going for 7500.00. they had had it for almost a year and were just trying to get rid of it. It was either too blingy or not blingy enough but I happend to like a lot. LOL!....I am not alone! I bought 5, new C5 Corvettes between 2001-2004! Started out with a base 2001 6 speed Coupe, traded that on a loaded 2001 Z51 6 speed convertible. Traded the convertible in on a 2002 Z06 sold that one after 8000 miles bought another new 2002 Z06 traded that one on a 2004 Commemorative Z06. Sold the Commemorative Z06.....due to a divorce!:(
I have to say, between discounts and decent trade amounts I managed to keep the payments in line with little or no cash down
BTW....before I purchased the Camaro I had a 2011 Cadillac CTS Coupe that I leased. Got out of the Caddy lease ( bored with it) with only being $272 upside down in it!

Ha! As much as I love Camaros and Corvettes...I can understand the culmination of your 5 car spree was a divorce... if she didn't have the same trading enthusiasm as you!

I'm not buying this! OP must have a balance of $60k on his last camaro. Lol

Cars depreciate an $5k just driving it off the lot. The bottom line is that you loose your ass no matter how you play with the numbers.

I think its all in your head lol LS3 and L99 has about 25-30 wheel HP difference. Just because of new muffler should not turn your L99 into a LS3 ripping different animal. I think you might turned into a different animal and not the car
