So I went with a different dealer and I'm glad I did... they are great people and a lot closer to me in distance. New order# is PSFQ47

hopefully this one works this time haha. It was just entered into the system so hopefully Monday I will be at 1100.

Becky,
Since my custom order for a 2011 1SS convert was denied by GM, they told my dealer they would give me preference to move up production on a 2012 and not charge my dealer an allocation for the new model year. Is this standard practice? GM also is giving me a $500 credit voucher to use on the new one. My order PRSRTP is for the 2012 and I was told that will not change. Correct?

First of all, the order # is for a 2012 model. Second, I have
heard of similar consideration given to people who's orders
can't be built in a particular model year. So, I'd have to believe
the info you have is good!!

I know the order I gave was for the 2012. Guess I lucked out then. The dealer did have allocation but Chevy denied it due to the custom order. My other order for the 2011 PRSR7G is toast then. I guess I will be seeing my new ride sooner than later. It should be a good birthday present for me on August 21st then.

Call your dealer and have them trace it for you.
