It doesn't look hard to get into the back seat.

UCF woot I see your point, but the counter point is this. If Camaro entusiasts leave feeling dissapointed how much more will the general public who already has a low opinion of GM. These little gripes as you put them are the little details that other car companies don't overlook thats why GM has the perception problems.

The vettes interior is plasticy and cheap, you didnt think the camaro was gonna be any better did you? Best interior goes hands down to the mustang, period.

If people are sitting in the back, chances are the front seat will remain in a position to where you can get in and out just by flipping it down. There's no requirement to move the seat all the way forward each time.
Back seat is tight for sure, no secret there. Its a sports car, the seats are going to be small. I did sit back there and tried to get out a few times, even the product person was there showing me how to get out. LOL!!

The seat MUST be moved up for sure...

Look, I get it- he doesn't like the interior and yes, I respect his opinion on it. What I'm getting at is that price isn't necessarily relevant. If you take a 27k 2LT (which I'm assuming he's ok with the "interior for price") and you could have the factory throw a $4k procharger on it with $4k in optional rims and $3k in headers and exhaust, is the interior now substandard because you've "upped" the car to $38k ? What does one have to do with the other?

Well lets not exaggerate the best interior goes to the mustang between these two not when you add all the other cars in the comparison that will be cross shopped

Not all enthusiats feel its a dissapointment. Individual enthusiasts are dissaponted. Something you will find in any car. Lets not over state the situation here.

The valid complaints of a few do not represent the many.

Thanks for posting this. I was trying to remember where that video was located so I could add it to this thread.

trm002 thats an invalid comparison those are aftermarket add ons that arent part of the MSRP...if you are cross shopping this car with cars in its price range/performance it has an interior un worthy of the 38000 sticker. Thats his and my and a few other guys point on here

When you see it in person, getting the person out is the problem. FYI the seat in the video is already moved up.

Fellas I'm telling you I've test drove the 08 and 09 Mustangs this past year. At the time I liked the body style but after seeing the 10 Camaro the Mustang seems dated. The 10 Mustang to me is virtually unchanged from the 09. The biggest beef about the Mustang(besides being underpowered) was the interior. That was the deal breaker for me back in 08. IMO we're getting a better car.
