I have a V6 and proud of it. I wouldn't want the SS badge on my Camaro I already get enough attention from other cars on the road. I guess that comes from owning a Camaro. It's kinda funny that it happend it Myrtle Beach, because a live in Conway which is a few miles away.

Badges are symbols of achievement and should not be displayed without merit. Doing so diminishes the value of what it represents. Although the vast majority of us had nothing to do with the engineering, development, or production of these awesome machines, we did earn the right to display the badge by paying for it. Intentional misrepresentation of any sort demonstrates a lack of honor and low self-esteem.

I don't have or want SS badges on mine. If I had wanted to spend 10 grand extra for a V8, with extra power that is useless except on a track, I would have done it. It is their money, but figure the cost per HP of the SS. Not worth it, except to egomaniacs, like some of the SS owners on here who have been trashing V6 owners. There is money well spent, and there is money foolishly spent.

If some wants to rebadge their car I don't really care. I think it's silly that someone it trying to be something they're not ,but I look at that as though they have some type of inter problem with themselves or maybe their dad didn't love them enough. Either way, it's there ride and they can "f" it up any way that they want to.

Do I think SS badges look stupid on a V6 Camaro? Well yes....but at least the LTT cars have 300 plus horsepower. If you want stupid badging nothing says D-bag more than a Camry with DUB emblems on it.
