Does anyone know what they are installing, is it the key style or keyless like the corvette?

It's a switchblade key almost exactly like the one used for the G8

I just don't want it to break, never used a switchblade key but it looks weak.

So has anyone heard what the alarm on the Camaro sounds like? Is it just the horn making noise or is there an actual whistling noise that it will make?

as what i have seen with range rovers and cayenne they are really sturdy and the button press is amazing just press and the key jumps into place just like a pocket knife

i test drove a G8 that had this.... it seemed pretty sturdy to me but if it did i guess it should be covered under warranty

As a former valet, I used to love playing around with other people's switchblade keys... and they are very durable. I've dropped a few while running to the car on concrete pavement and have never had one break on me.
