They aren't hard to get out of the block.. BUT it requires you to move all the other harnesses..thats why the sell the extensions. I already had everything out and redid it so I didn't opt to buy them.
Even if you don't buy Oversteering's extensions, they have them on e-bay pretty cheap. I'm not sure if oversteering has them in stock yet anyway. |

I have the extensions that came with my kooks set-up. keep getting the cel on the front sensors,(p1133,p1153) takes about 300 miles before throwing the cel. I was wondering if plugging directly into the harness would work any better instead of using the extensions. I have the double non-fouler set-up on the rear o2's seem to be working.

I think they're connected, or else it'd throw another code. This code means it has not effectively switched from lean to rich enough times. someone else chime in here? See this.. http://www.ls2.com/boggs/dtcs/DTC%20P1133.htm I found that |

Don't blame you. If you have any access to a datalogging setup see if you can view the o2 sensors cycling. This helped me figure out why my one kept throwing a code (connector issue. unplugging and replugging fixed)

Have you seen the other headers? Have you inspected them? Have you heard of any failures from the other less expensive brands? Please back up your statement with facts. It’s like posting the thread with pic's of so called poor QT and then the headers seem to magically put down the same HP and TQ numbers. ![]()

There's more to buying a product than getting the cheapest price. I'll never say that cheap equals prone to fail... And yes I have seen them up close and personal. Each companies product has been on display at the fest and I've taken the time to listen to each manufacturer give me the run down on why they do it one way over another... If you have to build on a budget then the good news is there are less expensive options. But. IF you have a problem part of what you pay for is the customer service of a well known brand that is available and will stand behind the product. And that is a big part of why the three I mentioned are more expensive. The brands I mentioned are also the most popular among the big tuners. like LPE, HPE, Fessler, Vengeance, Texas Speed, Livernois, RDP, LMR, Torq, JRE, Maryland Speed, THR.... to name a few. So do what you want. But I like the fact that I can call up the owner of ARH and he answers my questions. I've spoken with the owners of all three companies... These guys want you to be satisfied... Not just another buyer. Take it for what it's worth. spend your money how you want. No grief from me. But My money is well spend on one a more expensive header for the reasons above.
