And then mlee put Alabama back in and then left out Texas.

I think there's some tom-foolery going on in this thread

Yup... I'm starting to feel like we are narrowing it down now...

We just need OFFICIAL confirmation that these places are out...
I like this idea... start listing places we WON'T be going... I think I could go thru this thread and quote everyone's picks and create a nice list...

unless you want to start counting territories... we could always go to Puerto Rico...lmao

I know this is my first post but I have to throw in a vote for Indy.

Where else is the camaro a living legend? Where was one of the places racing was born?

They have some great facilities (sorry if this has been mentioned but I didnt read all 51 pages), IMS and Lucas Oil Raceway which has a dragstrip

http://lucasoilraceway.com/

If I dont have a camaro by this time next year can I still be welcome? I do have a 6.2L but its in a Silverado

Though I likely wouldn't be there, 2012 in Indy makes sense to me. The 45th Anniversary of the Camaro in Indianapolis, seems to be a very logical idea.

Like Pete said, I could care less where it is, if I'm off, I'll be there, and most people seem to think I'm a lil off anyway... so....

As for my previous post concerning the dates, all, and I do mean all bets are off on my preferred dates since the rig is now departing for the U.S. for a shipyard stay and then on to Mexico...

I rescind all previous date votes and will play it by ear... I'm also supposedly going to be transfered to another rig in April so again... Who knows... Location does'nt matter, and at this point, I have no idea when I can make it...

Take it back to motor city... piss off all the Fords... I'm serious this is a good idea...plus GM is there and I'm sure they'd love the idea.. close to Canada... we'd get the people who actually build the cars to see come and see it... this is just Right 3rd Camarofest should go back to the roots...
