How does the order process work?

Can I see a link to this info? Chevy STILL HAS NOT PUT IT ON THEIR SITE. They need to "get it in gear", nobody wants to order 11's anymore.

And how did you manage to order one in July when Becky hasn't even been able to place orders for it? I'm confused.

Well, looks like I'm going back to looking for a 2011 Synergy Green 2LT. And I thought Chevy had their act together, pfffttt. I'd almost buy a Challenger out of spite.

I was prepared to order one a month ago but nobody could give me details on the thing. Now that something has came up, it'll be a month before I can order.

basically, you give cash monies, they order it, you wait eons to get a tpw, you get to production early..little ninjas bust in the plant and jack yo ride, you spend 10 days at 3400 because they have to start over..then you get to 3800 and sit for 6 days because they are busy defending the ninjas who are trying to jack yo second ride..

Then they 'bay' the car for 3 years while supposedly waiting for some train to fill up that apparently has the biggest capacity of all trains ever produced so it never actually fills up, or the put it in quality control testing for 8 months since I guess they never built cars before.

As you can see there is quite a bit to work around this week. So if you

Maybe you guys can answer my question since Becky hasn't responded. By constraints, that means how many orders they can place under a particular time period, correct? Not that they are only making 102 T3 Editions?

Not order a car because of a website? You don't really want one then. Go order a Challenger; you're not hurting anyone by doing so. It has its good points, just like the Mustang and Camaro.

Have you heard of this new thing called "the internet?" It has all kinds of information on it! You don't need to wait for others to "give me details on the thing," you can be a proactive, educated consumer and go out and fetch it yourself!!! This sounds like a novel concept to you, so I just thought I'd mention it. I've "known how to order a car" for ten years because I opened up a browser window and found out. There's nothing keeping you from doing the same thing.

In addition, since I know you are at least a little familiar with Camaro5, use and . This forum is a great tool and trust me, it contains all the information you need. You could have purchased a Camaro a month ago, no one was stopping you and all the information you need is here on Camaro5 - I've had my order in since April. Your "victim" status is self-imposed and completely unnecessary, so stop complaining.

Ummm, if you really wanted that information you'd be perusing the forums and threads and wouldn't have to post questions referencing information that has been posted dozens of times. If you genuinely can't find information, that's one thing, but don't waste people's time and expect to be spoon fed because you're lazy and want people to provide the information to you.

Ummm, if you really wanted that information you'd be perusing the forums and threads and wouldn't have to post questions referencing information that has been posted dozens of times. Rather than posting to simply attempt to be an a$$, it would have benefited you to waste your time elsewhere. I have been keeping track of these Camaro's for years. I'm finally in the position to potentially buy one. Sorry Im not someone who spends half of my waking hours talking about Camaro's and how to order the things.

I have never ordered a car, PERIOD. I don't know how it all works. And with this being a special model, details were few and far between in the recent months. Nobody had information. Do you think I didn't attempt to find out some of this stuff? I talked to multiple dealers, I talked to Becky, and I talked to a few people on here. And you're wrong, the one I'm looking at hasnt been available for months by my knowledge.

Maybe I said some things out of frustration, but it's to be expected. I don't see any harm from it. Nobody's feelings were hurt. But to blindly insult me without knowing just how much I've put into researching these Camaro's is pretty ignorant.
