Nobody likes being knocked down off the perch and they become very defensive when they are.

The 5th gen is riding a huge wave a acceptance by the masses young and old alike. It won't last forever but, for now bask in the glow and just be happy that it's the Camaros time in the spotlight still. Challenger is turning some heads as well but not on the same level.

Maybe i have no idea what i'm talking about but, it is exactly what i have seen and heard on many occasions.

So not everyone behaves the same on the boards as they do IRL...gotta take that into account.

I know a couple C6 Corvette guys at work - and one of them has taken it upon himself to park next to me when he can to protect me. Another guy really loves the color and and body style and the things I am doing with it.

Not all hate, you just gotta find the true car people, and not the car posers.

As part of my 12 Step recovery program, I admit to being a Car Guy! Having said that, I don't hate any performance automobile. Dodge, Ford, Chevrolet, Put one in my Garage, and I am Happy.

I like the Camaro, bets becasue, it is my choice. I could own a Mustang, Challenger, Charger, 300C (Oh Wait , I do!- oops), Corvatte, what ever.

I don't look down, I do occassionally rib others,. But in the end. I am Car Guy! Love 'em All!

Arrogance and Fanboy delusions are what they are.....

I have always been supportive of V-6's, V-8's, Autos, and Manuals... Make no difference to me. They all have their place. actually, we couldn't have one without the other!

Dream Garage: ZL-1, Boss 302, new SRT8 Challenger...... THat would be heavn to me.

heck I drove my vette to work today & my boss was drooling over it lol. & that was to clean horse stalls lol

I hear ya, its unfortunate. I love vettes and think there bad ass. Im a camaro guy and honestly would rather have a camaro than a vette. this is my 4th camaro and im lovin it. Speaking of other forums there is another camaro forum that Im not crazy about. way too many know it alls that love to make people feel stupid.
