It's harder to ban people at GMI because you have to wait for them to accumulate points, and some folks are crafty enough to behave until their points have expired, then they go back to being PITAs again. We had a Ford troll who lasted over a year because of that before we finally were able to kick him, but what the administration wants, the administration gets.
