Looks good!! If you took the gaskets and matched on the hedports to make sure you didn't go larger then I expect some very good gains. And yes, BSR did it right....you do NOT want it polished in anyway. That is 70's technology. He has the correct finish so there is no surface tension/boundry layer issues.

Nice job! are you planning to flowbench the result? Also, scanxl's dyno feature sucks arse. Don't expect any close result with that. If you don't have dyno around your area maybe the best thing to do would be to compare times. 0-60, 1/8, or 1/4. They are as good or better than dyno.

Does anyone know what is the part number for the 10-11 v6 camaro intake manifold? I think I found them online for around $230 but im not sure if they are the correct part.

I think this is the part # (12595765). Gm parts direct it's $193.

Admittedly, I don't know a ton about porting intakes. I know of course what it does, and the effects it can have on an engine and on power, but I don't know a whole lot about the process.

Would cutting and smoothing out the entire thing be much better than just doing what you did?

It would because you could reach about twice as much area but it would add a great deal of complexity, time and cost,
