I know this is not a Camaro but since we are on the topic of LS7, here is a dyno sheet of a stock 10 LS7 Vette with our 2.9L kit (same as Camaro kit with shorter drive for Vette belt line) we just released. 7psi, 86* and 10% humidity after it had been running on and off all day developing the base calibration.

Just curious here.....why not peddle the LS7 heads and port your LS3 heads? Are the LS7 heads that much better than ported LS3's? No offence meant, but those adaptors look rather Rube Goldberg(ish). Seems like that's adding another level of complexity. Is it worth it?

If you are dead set on running the LS7 heads and have already purchased a blower for the L92 motor but really dont want to shell out more money for a new manifold (and in our case a new blower housing), these will do the trick. They are fully CNC machined and match the runners on our L92 manifold and LS7 heads perfectly. Also, with the blower installed, and all the wires and hoses, you really cant tell they are there unless you are looking for them. CBM has been running them on sand car motors they build for with our 4.0L blower in excess of 16psi and 1000+ HP for over a year before we came out with our LS7 manifold.

Also, no offence taken. Just throwing out a cheaper alternative.

there actually 6 bolt lsx 7heads, so for the 1100 to 1200hp, clamping power may be a bonus..also the 2.20" titanium intake and 1.61" sodium-filled exhaust valves compared to ls3 -2.165 hollow stem intake valve & 1.59 solid stem exhaust..i,m sure there is more...maybe the fact they say lsx7 and match the lsx block..it would take a lot more to match these heads then a port job...GM LSX-LS7 heads
GMPP LS7X 6 Bolt Heads 19201806
- Titanium Intake Valves
- Upgraged with Inconel Exhaust Valves
- Upgraded with Comp 26925 Springs
- Upgraded with Comp Retainers
- Upgraded with Comp Spring Seats
- Upgraded with Comp Locks
- Port Cleanup
- ARP Head Studs
- GM LS7 Rocker Studs
- GM LS7 Rockers
- GMPP LSX Chrome Valve Covers 19171500 i may not of been clear...i am using the lsx7 heads on a 427lsx.

theres always adaptors for most anything, and looking at you "engine porn", you would never see those 3/16 adaptors...and your engine is nice and clean...as mike said, you would have to look for them to even notice...mike offered the swap to the ls7 manifold and sc today , ..but after consideration, i thought it was unecesssary...besides , that could lead to more problems ...this is simple, effective and does not alter any other parts...it is a tried and proven part...that has no downside other then 3/16 space between head and intake..so kudo,s for mike@whipple finding this +practical/efeective ..fix..try to put a edelbrock on a lsx7 head, and you think they have a adaptor...or gonna come on camaro5 and find you a 100% fix in 24 hrs...i don,t think so...i,m betting the maggie guys are using the same fix, from what i have heard..

We do not use spacers in our LS7 kit.

Neither do we.

This is merely a low cost suggestion for the guys who already have a PD blower kit for the otherwise stock motor and are now building and swapping to LS7 heads. This way, they do not have the extra expense of purchasing a new manifold or a new supercharger assembly.

never meant to imply you did, just stating that others who have maggies that have went to a lsx7 head have adapted to there maggie instead of buying a new 5k ls7 maggie kit.....which is what mike was stating...this is a ls3 whipple being adapted to fit a lsx 7 head without changing to entire new supercharger ..
