Is the GM high wing spoiler the same one on the TF edition?

Hey guys just wondering if the GM high wing spoiler is the same one they offer on the TF 3 edition. I thought they were different but comparing pics and videos they look identical. I just saw TF 3 last night (great movie) and the spoiler on bumblebee looks completely different all together.

TF 3 movie Bumblebee and 2012 TF Edition spoilers are different.

Not sure about 2012 TF Edition and GM high wing.

they are different. The TF spoiler is a special edition spoiler that is only offered with the TF package. Also, the transformers edition looks NOTHING like BB in Transformers 3. The TF package is just a special spoiler, some stripes, black wheels, and some badges.

The GM high wing spoiler is the same one offered in GM's Transformer Edition Package. The BB movie car has a unique spoiler not available for purchase. However, you could make a TF3 BB movie spoiler using the GM high wing spoiler, cutting off the terminal ends and replacing them with custom end plates.

I wouldn't say "nothing"....they certainly put more effort and detail into this version than the 2010 one...

Thanks man, so the GM spoiler and TF 3 is the same. Obviously going by the pic of bumblebee the movie spoiler is different, answered my question.

True, but people should be aware that te GFX, 21" wheels, RS package are NOT part of the TF package. Even though in the GM images you see the TF edition with all that stuff.

It's just a question of making the end plates, like Atlas said. The pedestals and wing are the same. Measuring the end plates is the easy part.

If you remove the ends on the GM wing and add end plates like the TF3 spoiler, it won't be as wide as the TF and will look odd... the ends on the GM spoiler are thick, and the ends on the TF are thin, you'd have to find a way to make up the difference in the width, good luck!

I don't think it's as dramatic as you say. I think both Atlas and Death Bringer are right. The TF3 spoiler is a modified GM spoiler just with different end plates. I don't think swapping the end plates is going to make the spoiler a foot too narrow or anything that noticeable.

Here is the TF3 spoiler

They are the same. And for some reason my order window sticker is showing an added $605 for a high wing spoiler on top of the $3000 TFE package which comes with a high wing spoiler. I'm betting they screwed up and ordered an extra spoiler. Already have a ticket open with GM customer service as it raised my MSRP up and it should have been $40,860 not $41,465.

Thats not the TF3 spoiler, the TF3 spoiler has yellow plates on the end that are bolted on and the tips come to a sharper point than the high rise.
