To many problems in 2 months of ownership

I ordered my 2012 1SS Vert on May 27th. It was produced on 7/26 with delivery on 8/4. Since then these are the problems I have had and new ones that need to be addressed in 2 months of ownership.

1: Seat bottom on passenger side separated on 8/5/11

2: Passenger side rear window regulator on 9/20

3: New convertible top on 9/29

4: Paint chips fixed on door edges 10/7

These need to be addressed before storage in a few weeks

5: Drivers side rear window regulator going out squeaking and grinding

6: Rear window trim is coming up and loose

7: Cup that holds handle in top was broken during new top install

8: Break reservior is leaking break fluid like a sive

9: New top is showing rub marks after one week

Now am I just being a picky owner of a new 40K car or is this really to be expected?

Thoughts?

GM in the past has typically had window regulator issues.
My experience:
'99 Intrigue right rear window regulator.
'01 Impala left rear window regulator.
'04 SRX right rear window regulator.
'07 SRX right rear window regulator.
'04 and '06 GTO, no problems.
'09 SRX and '11 CTS no problems.

I had no problems with the regulators on my 95 Firebird. 14 years of ownership and about 65,000 miles of top down fun. Now the ABS sensors on that would never stick. Both sides were replaced at least 2 to 3 times.

I don't think your being picky at all, I'd be livid! Shouldn't experience that many problems with a $20K car, let alone a $40K car. We've only had ours for a week now and I'm hoping we don't experience the level of issues I've read on here (fingers crossed)!

I have had mine since spring and the only problem has been my TPMS tire sensors. almost every cool morning the tire pressures drop low enough to trigger the low air pressure warning (30-32lbs) and as it gets warmer through the day the pressures rise to the recommended levels (35lbs)

Wow...yeah, I would be hunting a lemon law. I have had two...neither of mine had this kind of problem. I had an ac problem at 400 mi on my current car...easy fix though. Dealer took great care of me.

Had the new top for one week and this is how it is rubbing now. Not a happy Camaro nor Chevy owner at this point.
