I have to say.. the 5th Gen is slipping to second for me.

I know I know, many of you are like but I am going to have a family inside of a year or two, and baby seats don't fit as well in the back of a Camaro.

SO... I am REALLY hoping GM brings over the Pontiac G8 GXP! According to every rumour I can find, this car is supposed to have ~450hp with lower, tighter suspension, and a more agressive body kit.

IF this is true, I think it might be the car for me (and a LOT of people like me!).

Of course, if I could afford it, I get the new Cadillac CTS-V! 550hp?! YEAH BABY!

You know it's strange, I have an extended cab, not crew, Silverado and I have mor trouble getting the kid in and out of that then my Camaro.

I love the new CTS as well!!!

I see the G8 as being the Camaro's big brother. It fills the same role that the Charger does for Dodge, a car for people that need something big but also with a good deal of performance.

If the Camaro had not been brought back, my intentions were, and still are, to keep my current Camaro, and maybe someday, I would look at getting a Corvette.

I'm glad I don't have to worry about it anymore though.

Forgot about the Volt. As long as they don't screw up the body lines too much, I'd consider it. Instant torque is right!

Getting my 3 year old in and out of my SS isn't hard at all. He LOVES going for rides and wants me to take off the t-tops all the time...he wants the windows down...it's GREAT!!!. He climbs right in and gets in his seat.

But, the G8 GXP...Oh yeah....4 doors? Das cool by me as I fly by you and rip your doors off!

So far it is a tossup between the Camaro, the new BMW 135i and a BMW 335i coupe. It is wierd that I love both the Camaro and the new BMW 135i. I have had both a 1989 BMW 135 and a 1981 Camaro SS and I have been waiting for a reincarnation of either the BMW E30 body style or the new Camaro. When this comes out, I am going to have a hard time deciding on which car to get.

The Volt is the other car I am keeping an eye on. If they can bring it out on time with their current schedule I may just get one of those, pay it off quick, and then look for a new/used Camaro to play with on the weekends.

I always wanted a turbo car so I have to go with Evo X, IX, or 07 STi. I'm sorry to say this but maybe a 03 or 04 cobra.
