I currently have the Borla ATAK axle back installed and love the sound, but i really would like a little more volume. Is the best way to do this to buy the borla x-pipe? Or adding a CAI or are there other ways to add a little volume. I'm not wanting headers yet due to warranty.

LT Headers w/o cats would diffidently solve your problem.

HI I ALSO HAVE A 2SS RS AND I BOUGHT THE BORLA CAT-BACK EXHAUST AND HAD IT FOR AWHILE AND THEN DESIDED TO PUT SOME SHORTY HEADERS AND I DIDN'T SEE VERY MUCH DIFFERANCE,AND THE REASON I ADDED SHORTY HEADERS IS BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THAT IT DOESN'T VOID YOU'RE WARRANTY AS LONG AS YOU LEAVE THE CATS ON.

High flow cats will make it a lot louder. The 4 cats really kill volume.

The X-pipe (it is actually a full mid section) would help as would a CAI and high flow cats.

I have Borla Long Tube Headers W/O cats and Borla ATAK. Its sounds freakin sweet!!! Go with this if you want more sound.

LT's, no cats, 3" all the way back to stock muffler. Nice and rumbly until WOT. Then some race ready electronic cutouts to scare off those pesky Civics wanting to race at every light

I have the borla atak and added a KN cold air intake and solo hi flow cats. It now sounds like a race car! The Solo cats deepend the sound and made it much louder.

Borla ATAK Cat-back is louder than the Axle-back since it removes that third muffler in the middle. ARH headers w/ X-pipe would get rid of the third muffler and connect to the Borla ATAK Axle-back.
