I hear you about the "not new" thing. I had my 98 at the dealer and it came back with a huge glaring scratch on one of the stripes on the front bumper. I know it wasnt there before because I happened to have washed it that morning and took pictures!
I brought it back and the shop manager said," well theres scratches over here and over here, i doubt he scratched it and that you can tell it was us." I said that it def. was and he offered me a free oil change, I told him I changed my own oil and left. Now I will never go there to buy or service my new 2012 when I get it.

Had a lady door ding us about a month ago. To it to our dealers body shop and for $80.00 they got it out and it looks perfect. Made the lady pay for it.
