Has anyone here saying that the camaro is more sophisticated or better quality ever driven one? Those cars are unbelievably quiet and smooth. The 2011 is crazy just how smooth it is.
The worst part is that the ford-fanboys are having a hayday with this one... SVTperformance must be bubbling!

If nothing else it's good for us who buy performance cars. I love to see companies try to best each other.
Getting tired of Hybrid this plug in that. They have their place but it's nothing I'm intrested in. |

what is interesting to me is that in the mid to late 90s and early 2000s... The mustang was way out-powered by the LT1 and LS1 Camaros and Trans-Ams, and even the Mustang Cobras could barely hang with the SS, Z/28, and WS-6s. Yet mustangs still outsold them. Now we have the 5.0 edging out the SS in performance, but Camaro now sells better. Is this a reversal of sorts? What do you all think?

Yeah I was thinking the same thing for the longest time. FOREVER the Camaro has always been faster than the Mustang but the Mustang sold more. Now since the 5th Gen Camaro has came out the roles have been reversed.

Just read Fords PR about it. They say it will be pounding out 650 horse and 600 torque. Now those are some mighty impressive numbers.
