Think I have a vid somewhere of side window roll-off as well. I'll try to dig it up if anyone's interested.
I think you must not be cleaning the glass properly because it should last 3 months easily.

Could be shorter factoring in detergent choices, and types of rain... in testing products around SoCal (specifically LA) the rain is so acidic sometimes you can see a sealant degrade almost 2x as fast as we do in Colorado where the air quality is better. Its crazy how nasty our rain water can be down here sometimes.

I just recently bought the glass sealant. The applicator the rep sold me is a circular red one. Well after 1 time applying use the applicator it turned a bluish color where the sealant was and now it is basically falling apart

I clay with Adam's clay, clean with Adam's Glass Cleaner / Adam's Glass Microfiber, I apply the Sealant per Adam's instruction (on bottle) I re-clean (per instruction) with light mist of Adam's GC and a Glass MF - done.

It sits in the garage for awhile after each application.

Maybe I'm doing it wrong. Or, I wash my car too much.

You need these...

However, same affect, after using them, they may be a bluish color.

I don't care that the applicator turns a different color. I'm upset that thus is what the rep said to use and after one use and spending the money on what I was told to use it is worthless now.

If you'd have clicked on the link, you'd see the applicators are blue and of a microfiber construction.

The red foam applicators are for creams like Leather and Interior Conditioner. I'd lodge a complaint with the manager of your local Adam's dealer. He should comp you a new one and maintain the legacy of excellent customer care that is Adam's Polishes.

The glass sealant seems to be an alcohol based product and I could see where that could discolor or eat foam applicators. Alcohol isn't a hot chemical, but warm - maybe. (not temperature, but cutting ability). Example - Denatured Alcohol isn't as 'hot' as Xylene. - k. I'll stop.

I will talk to him, I do need more glass cleaner. If I'm not taken care of I will just not purchase from him again. Not saying one less customer will hurt his business but I will either order online or just switch to different product.

It's sold at Detailers Domain. Phil is a great guy. I buy almost all of my stuff from him.

Curious too. Any and every issue I've ever had there was taken care of. The 110% money back guarantee is hard to lose on and I always came out ahead when there was an issue with a product leaking into a box or an item missing from my box. (I'd be missing 4 oz. out of a gallon, they send me a 16oz spray bottle).
