RPI designs

I have to add my two cents, ordered IVS Havoc spoiler, not so good, Order took RPI designs 3 and half weeks to get it to me, although is said processing still on there site the day it arrived, as many experienced and guessed in prior threads I experienced, Phone doesnt get answered, messages left never get returned, excuse after excuse between "phone system is not working correctly ,to we are in a new shop or in process of moving" Blah Blah Blah, one day I get them on the phone, and I say "great you answered" and the response I got was " im on the phone arent I". NICE! So professional! I should not be surprise when my spoiler arrived after 3 and half weeks, not painted correctly, not prepped, paints divets and variations, painted halfassed on the bottom, clear coat scratches. I called and called, no response, contacted them on Camaro5 forum got one email back asking why it was installed if it didnt fit right and paint was messed up?? I responded with IVS's statements claiming they painted and did not mask in the correct areas, I have recieved ZERO Phone calls back and no further emails, YEEEEEETTT,(this is the kicker) RPI somehow has the time each and everyday to keep posting sales crap threads and push there products which makes me scratch my head, as to why there is time to do that but not address issues of a camaro5 member and customer. Ivs blamed RPI, RPI blamed me for installing it and questioned why?, the installer now has to work a miracle out of a joke. I cannot sit here and watch RPI push sales threads and respond and deny issues in past threads that still exist. Enough is Enough! take care of people , be professional and dont bite the hand that feeds ya!

I am just blown away by the lack of professionalism and willingness to rectify a situation especially on a forum that is the majority of your business..

Ouch....thanks for posting. I'm looking at getting a painted inferno orange speedo gauge cluster from RPI. Since this piece would sit right in front of me every time I'm in my car, I don't want some poorly painted POS. HMMMMM

RPI is hit and miss. My engine cover took forever but it was very well painted. I ordered a painted shark fin from them and not only was it painted half ass it was for a Camaro with a sun roof when I specifically order one for a non sun roof car.

Some have good experience and some don't. It's a crap shoot with them. If I ever ordered anything from them again it would be with my AMEX. If I have problems with them I'll just sick AMEX on them.

RPI/Josh states in one of his threads he is away from the office until Monday (it is Thanksgiving, right?), *BUT* he gives everyone a friendly Saturday reminder . I'd like him to come on this thread and address AzItaliaSS's problem (since we're hearing only one side of the story....no offense AzItalisSS), just to give me piece of mind. I'd like to order a painted inferno orange speedo gauge cluster, but I won't if I'll get ZERO service post order should a problem arise :(.

This is the busiest sales weekend of the year, seems they are dropping the ball with no response to this thread. I once sent Chase at Apex Motorsports a message at 5am and was shocked when he answered within minutes....that's how it's done son.
