Full bolt on L99 Dyno Numbers

Just got back from the dyno.
Almost had a heart attack. First pull was 324rwhp lol.

Car finally got running good, hit a 352rwhp/361rwtq. Dyno operator said the dyno was a little off and to add at least 15 to each number. My ABS was going on and he said on other cars that he's tested which flash ABS it usually reads them low, about 20rwhp/rwtq under... Not sure if true or not.

He says my final numbers would have been about 372rwhp/380ish rwtq.

Car has:
1 3/4 kooks headers
xpipe
kooks exhaust
kn cai
jre tune

Car runs very strong and hard, so I'm thinking the dyno guy was right and it was a little off. He had no fan and it was in a pretty enclosed space with very little air so not sure how much that affected it.

3rd world man. It's the best I could get.

There's only 1 dyno in the country and it's this guy. Wish I had a REAL dyno guy I could go to but i'm limited. Most high HP cars have no idea how much hp they really running because we are so limited down here.

Gotcha. If that's the best you could do then that's the best you could do. Doesn't sound like the numbers you got would be very reassuring though with all of the excuses.

They're not. I was expecting 370s at least. I know the car runs hard because I have taken out similar cars with those numbers. Too bad the dragstrip closed down so I can't see numbers... Car pulls hard on street. I'm thinking crazy hot temp + bad air gave me pretty low numbers??

Any input? Do numbers seem too low to be true? Is dyno maybe off? Are excuses valid?

All were 3rd gear pulls.

LS3 swap/cam are on way so this was a base run to see before and after but if dyno is off a lot i won't even bother going back....

I'm not a gearhead but that 352 number looks about right with your add-ons for an L99. That 372 number is way too high. I just don't see how anyone can believe any of your results based on the environment the dyno was run under. If it was my car I would take what you got with a grain of salt.

Well L99 on average are hitting 370+ with headers cai tune.... That's why I'm saying I'm thinking the dyno is off... I've only heard of one L99 bolt on hitting the 350 numbers and he was on a mustang dyno that was off a bit..

You need to take your car to a legit dyno tuner. Your car with those mods should register more HP and TQ. What kind of a tuner adds hp from his mouth?

Look throught this thread http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=36676 and you should get a good idea of what an L99 baseline should be. I see maybe 340 or so with nothing added on. Your CAI and exhaust aren't really doing much and that leaves your headers and your tune. I don't see them adding more than 20 RWHP but I could be mistaken.

I know. I'm running 11 second cars and winning on the street.

Just wanted a base number. Wish I could get an accurate number or run at a strip but I don't have these options.
