Sounds like you're going to be doing the same thing to either one. So the ? remains : existing (paid for and modded) or new (hit on price w/ HUD and B/U). Just keep the one you have AND buy a new one .

A stock LS3 is going to put down somewhere in the neighborhood of 360-370rwhp on a DynoJet. So you are already equal to a stock LS3. I'm cammed, blown, headers and tune and putting out 657rwhp on my LS3.

No reason to trade unless you want to swap from auto to manual.

Im just saying, but the amount of money you are going to eat on the trade up to a ZL1 or even to a 2012 SS, you could buy the LS3 Crate engine, shoot, you could get the "HOT LS3" that GMPP makes...

http://www.crateenginedepot.com/LS37...9-P2218C2.aspx

And if its still not enough HP with your headers, CAI and a tune, you can slap a blower on that. Now we are talking. Oh, and then you can sell the L99 you have now to eat up some of the cost on the swap, or keep it.

This is the direction I think I am going to go, personally.

If you still think it's slow then you can supercharge it.
supercharge first.

if you do a cam first, you'll need to change the cam again when you supercharge it

Were are you racing at, your times are pretty slow for those mods! Buying a new Camaro is not going to fix the issue, mabey your tune is crap! You should be in 12.7 to 12.5s with what you already have!

I kinda had the same problem as you 2 months ago. I had a 2010 1ss m6 with 25000 miles on it and minor mods. I got to talking to a friend at a locale dealership and for the first time since the camaro has come out they were offering incentives for the camaro. 2500 or 3500 back if you buy one new. Plus i had 1500 in gm loyalty bucks and got enough for my car to pay it off. plus the 0 % intrest i actually upgraded to the 2011 2ss RS fully loaded sunroof and everything including the hud and back up camera for litteraly 15 dollars more a month after it was all said and done!!. And i took the minor mods i had on cai and full exhaust off put stock back on. I think i made out very well!!!
