They reloaded the previous tune, which is stock to the other camaro. And the guy from the shop said it didn't really help. So the transmission is still shifting bad.

Doesn't sound right to me either. I don't think some headers will make to much power that will damage my transmission.

Headers cannot screw up a transmission. Installer could have done something stupid like remove the transmission and forget to put ATF back in.

Did you get to drive it after they reloaded the original tune?

How many miles on this car?
You could just take it to the local dealer and have them check it out. They may not want to warranty it, but you never know.

It has 10,000 miles on it. And no I didn't get to drive it, it wasn't my camaro. That camaro was another customers car that is having the same problem as mine, that's why there telling me is not the tune.

I'd love to see a copy of the tune.

Assume for the moment it's a bad transmission as they claim. You will have to get it fixed somewhere. Consider taking it to Chevy for analysis.
Worst case is they discover a bad tune caused the problem. Best case, they find a factory defect.
They know how to fix it with a stock tune and chevy parts.
They need your business.
There are other GM service depts within an hour drive if they mistreat you.

Or find another reputable Camaro performance shop and pay to have it fixed there.

You have options.

btw - any chance you are still running the factory tires?

Take to a dealer, pay them to flash your ECM TCM to stock then get a dyno tune from a real tunner! Happened to my Dad, the Idiot that Tuned it said the tranny was stock when he returned to stock with the predator!
