Ha ha, one of the idiots around here called the police on my Dad for starting his car around 11 pm last night. He said he went around the block and got back and a state cop pulled up. Told him someone called them for him starting his car up and not to worry bought it,lol.

My parents neighbor called 911 because a paper plate blew out of our trash into their yard. Not just the cops 911. The police fined them. Some people are just too stupid to function

How loud is his car?

I have some friends who think it is funny to have a wide open exhaust and rev their engines just to tick off neighbors. Not a real good way to get along with the neighbors. Even though my "Rosie" is a little louder than stock, I try not to disturb my neighbors. Just common courtesy.

If you work odd hours or need rest, then it may be a bit easier to understand how someone could get a bit upset.

Not knowing every detail, here, it seems to boil down to "being neighborly."

But, that's just how I think about my neighbors.
