I'm probably going to go with something like this to solve the issue of how to wire up the second set of foglights:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/SMOKE-PROJEC...item53eac19924

This way all I have to do it pop in my current drl into the zl1 fascia then wire up the second fog lights separately. The given switch sucks. I'll probably scrap that switch for a different one that I can flush mount somewhere of my choosing.
Question: How do the drl and fog lights mount into the zl1 fascia. Is there some hardware that holds in place or do they just "pop" into place??

The fog pops in the DRL go to post 13 in the second illustration you need part #21 to hold them in.

Is it part number: 20957334 to hold the drl into the fascia? And where can I find that part? Can't find it online.

I didn't even know the part number for it Just working off my imagination and simplistic mind.

What if instead of the signal going to the BCM you routed it to a relay that activates the fogs?

I'll let you know when I pick up my car tomorrow but from the picture he sent me he does good quality work (had him also fill the holes in my trunk lid from my stock spoiler for the high wing spoiler install).

I'm sure he wouldn't say no to more work. How many did you have in mind?

If you want the Airflow to the engine that the ZL1 offers and the brake coolers than yes, you will have to get the inner fender liners for brake coolers too.

For the Air duct its part#10, and the side baffles Left#9, Right#9. Fan Shroud is on the back side of the Radiator.

Let me know if you find something that actually looks like it came from the factory. I cringe when I see cheap radio shack rocker switches on nice cars.

N.P. its all new to me too, that is why i want to see if in the right place on the BCM i can add the wire and the use the non RS switch and it will work.

I don't think you need it this is why, The ZL1 has a intercooler and the parts are to flow air in to it, For a non intercooler car i see no need for the parts.

I think I'd have to see those mounted but I'm not liking the finish or the shape. It still doesn't look like "factory" enough
