Haha sorry guys. I'm in NY for new years so I didn't get a chance to do anything. Don't worry, I'll update when there is news.

UPDATE: finally got the valve covers off and the #7 exhaust rocker is completely done. Found a bunch more bearings but I'm still going to pull the oil pan and flush some oil through to try to get them all out.

Have to get in touch with Ted, he said he'd send me a new rocker.

You guys don't know what the hell your talking about! Those parts are clearly part of the piston return springs. Without them your piston will pop out of the engine thing. Good luck.

I had the trunion upgrade. When I talked to Ted the other day he said he would send me a new rocker with the upgrade already installed so I can just pop it right in. Oh and I checked the rod and it's fine.

I'm confused here too.

When I did the ls3 conversion and upgraded for my cam I remember the upgrade rockers having caged bearings... not loose like the OEM rockers. Which leads me to believe something very very weird happened here.

I just got my rockers back from the Trunion upgrade. I am going to go by the shop on Monday and have a look at them before they put the new engine together...

Sounds like someone left off the locking ring when they rebuilt them. They should never fall apart after they have been rebuilt properly
