you do not need a lawer as they dont care what happens in traffic court face plam.... you guys are funny LOL you go to court and talk to the pros. MOST stats have a "get out of jail" card llike unsafe driving no points but huge fine

Hmmmmm.....Here is my experience for what happened to me in my past. I was doing 89 in a 55. I got a 250.00 ticket and 3 points off my license riding my motorcycle.

In my state a Careless driving is 3 points. Willful Reckless is 4 points off your license. They could push it and make you do jail time too. Getting a lawyer and plea bargin it would be the cheapest and best way to go about it. Don't get a lawyer and you could go to jail for the Careless driving.
