Connection question

I'm a newb and looking at getting the Stainless works Stainless Power 1 7/8 headers with off road pipes and the Stainless works retro chambered exhaust. first time buying and installing headers and a catback, the headers state that they connect to factory and the catback also states that it connects to factory. So i should be good, however the catback says that it will connect to factory not stainless works headers. Is this gonna work or not? if they both connect to factory, it should work right?

Yes, that is what you want. What is means is that they utilize the factory configuration and are not a custom configuration. In other words, you could buy just the headers or just the cat back and add the other later. If you have any questions feel free to hit me up. We are a Stainless Works distributor.

Then what's the point in stating that it won't connect to stainless works headers since thats what I'm getting and it's gonna work

Send me a link to exactly what you are looking at but I believe they are referring to their long system. Stainless Works makes exhaust and headers that are in the factory configuration and they also have a custom configuration. The custom configuration makes a little more power but it can not be done in stages, you have to do both header and cat back at the same time.
