Exactly. It's your car bro. Do what you want with it. I think it'll look cool.

I'm interested as well. I like the functionality of them. While I try to park as far away from other cars as possible, sometimes I end up with someone tight on my passenger side. Yeah, I can just pull out first then she can hop in, but it is easier to have her just get in with the car in place still.

I know it's not a vert but I just had mine one and I love it. I know all these people like to hate on it but they still open normal where no one knows you have it on there unless you want them to know and open them up. I say go for it. I'd like to see them on a vert as well. You will never do a mod where everyone loves it or everyone hates it so do what you want. They are completly bolt on so its not like they are a forever thing. Every person who has seen my in person loves it.

I prefer Delorean-type doors, but those wouldn't work on a convertible.

Removable doors would rock too - especially in a vert!

They are head turners and showstoppers
And the ones that hate them can take their miserable life elsewhere

Oh and I've seen them on a vert before just forgot where I found the pic..

REMEMBER ! Make sure the shop that does them knows what they are doing. There is many shops that con you into believing they are certified when they aren't

I had Vertical Doors on the Charger I just sold. It looked good and got lots of attention.

I started to get tired of them though. The doors do openly straight out like regular but only half way. I ended up scratching my paint with the knife in my pocket trying to squeeze in without lifting the door up. It is also a pain when someone opens your door expecting it to open all the way and it springs back out of their hand.

The metal hinge can easily bend your front fender if it is pulled on too hard.

They look good and Vertical Door Inc. has an awesome product but I would not do it again to any car.

My friend had that same problem, people would open the door expecting it to open all the way, bend the hinges and then the doors started to sag.
