Looking at new wheels. I've narrowed it down to two: KMC RockStars & TSW Interlagos.

It seems like a lot of people really don't like the RockStars as they are fixated on the fact that they see them on trucks. Personally, I think the passenger car version looks great on the Camaro. On the minus side, they're just as heavy as the stock wheels…

The Interlagos wheels are 5 pounds lighter on the fronts, and 7 pounds lighter on the rears. On the downside I don't think they look as good as the Rockstars.

I'll be running 275/35/20's all around so I'll get some better grip on the fronts and better braking as well. The tires are also 2 pounds lighter on the fronts and 6 pounds lighter on the rears.

So do I go for looks or performance? In other-words, will the weight difference make that much difference on the street???

I personally like the interlago's...but I'm not a RockStar either.

WAAAAAAAAYYYYY too many diesel pick ups down here "rocking" the black Rockstar rims....The Interlagos look better to me anyway.

I went with the RockStars. The Interlagos just didn't feel right, but it was a tough call.

To me, the rims are similar in design, but the proportions are different. It's the Black, 5-spoke, chrome center star look I see so much of down here.....all on trucks, that's all.

As long as you are happy with what you have/get, that's all that matters.

Losing rotating wheel weight does WONDERS for EVERY performance aspect of your car.

Another thing most people don't think about is how easy are the wheels to clean. Those fake rivets are horrible to clean and they love to collect brake dust.
